Jan Lindemann 17a080138c make: Prefix BUILD_ to a couple of makefile variables 
Rename variables to avoid collision:

  OBJ      -> BUILD_OBJ
  INCLUDE  -> BUILD_INCLUDE
  LIBFLAGS -> BUILD_LIBFLAGS
  LPPFLAGS -> BUILD_LPPFLAGS
