Jan Lindemann 1ffac7b365 cmds.secrets.CmdXX: Add option --all 
Support option --all to jw-pkg.py secrets list-compilation-output and
list-secrets (CmdListCompilationOutput & CmdSecrets). This allows
them to also report non-existent files.
