Jan Lindemann 281cdf4ec7 cmds.projects.CmdCanonicalizeRemotes: Add command 
CmdCanonicalizeRemotes / canonicalize-remotes and the respective
target in topdir.mk remove the /srv/git portion from all remotes'
URLs pointing to git.janware.com.
