Jan Lindemann 40511947c9 cmds.projects.BaseCmdPkgRelations: Add --hide-jw-pkg 
Support --hide-jw-pkg. This is a step towards replacing
required-os-pkg, which leaves out packages from pkg.requires.jw
sections.
