Jan Lindemann 42f2a0457c integrate-distro.sh: Add more boot partition definitions 
Add grub_boot_partition_num=0 and grub_slash_boot_partition_num=1 to
mkinitrd. FIXME: this is redundant to another definition further up
in the script.
