Jan Lindemann 4827389e26 projects.py pkg-requires: Add options to query naked projects list 
- Remove --vendor (-V), was dysfunctional, anyway - Add options to strip the results:
--subsections (-S) --delimiter (-d) --no-subpackages (-p) --no-version
