- YAbstractEloopTimerTask:
  - Renamed restart() to reset()
  - Add startTimer() and stopTimer()
  - Interpreted _timeout() return value YTASK_RETVAL_DEFAULT and
    YTASK_RETVAL_RELOOP equally
