Jan Lindemann 634992f447 *.mk: Prefix non-env C/C++ flags with BUILD_ 
Prefix all CFLAGS / CPPFLAGS / LDFLAGS with BUILD_ to distinguish
them from flags read from the environment (and getting longer and
longer with +=).
