Jan Lindemann 82b68e2822 defs.mk: Optimize Qt app performance 
- Use regular qt libs instead of debug libs
  - Add USE_ASSERTIONS macro
  - Make USE_COMPILER_OPTIMIZATION_OPTS independent from USE_COMPILER_DEBUG_OPTS
