Jan Lindemann ac476f10c2 projects-dir.mk: Introduce and evalutate JW_BUILD_VERBOSE 
Most notably, ssh-wrapper.sh doesn't run ssh with -x anylonger,
if JW_BUILD_VERBOSE is not set to true
