Jan Lindemann 4fd6a6d677 Everywhere: Rename ytools.mk to proj.mk 
Replace ytools.mk by proj.mk for consistency reasons:
$(TOPDIR)/make/proj.mk should be the project-wide but project-private
makefile for projects.
