Jan Lindemann d740f30226 projects-dir[-minimal.mk]: Group PGIT_SH-related variables 
Group variables related with pgit.sh (PGIT_SH and PGIT_SH_CLONE)
closer together. Define CLONE_FROM_USER early on.
