Jan Lindemann e2e1b3388c jw.pkg.cmds.distro.CmdInfo: Add class 
CmdInfo provides what "projects os-cascade" provided as "distro info
--format '%{cascade}'" plus additional macros: %{id}, %{name},
%{codename} and ${gnu-triplet}.
