8698a0b054 rpmdist.mk: Pack up only files in VCS 
Fill up rpms based on CVS/Entries list. This way, a distclean is
unnecessary before packing up a tarball.

fc018bab47 plugin-defs.mk: Add USE_PLUGIN_VERSION_LIB 
Make linkage of plugin against plugin version lib depend on
$(USE_PLUGIN_VERSION_LIB) = true. This is the default.
