cee9062f87 defs.mk: Don't prefix all RPM_REQUIRES_XXX with FLAVOUR_PREFIX 
RPM_REQUIRES_RUN and RPM_REQUIRES_DEVEL are now not automatically
prefixed by $(FLAVOUR_PREFIX) anylonger, to make hand-crafted
cross-flavour dependencies possible.
