mkspec-wrapper.sh: Fix INSTALL_LOG default

INSTALL_LOG's default value is composed from a variable that's never set, $ID. That used to work until the same user builds multiple packages concurrently on the same host. Use $PROJECT instead.

mkspec-wrapper.sh: Fix INSTALL_LOG default ... f7f872c31e

INSTALL_LOG's default value is composed from a variable that's never set,
$ID. That used to work until the same user builds multiple packages
concurrently on the same host. Use $PROJECT instead.
