Revert "cmds.projects.CmdPythonpath: Reverse PYTHONPATH"

This reverts commit 11ccaef832.

PYTHONPATH was actually produced correctly by CmdPythonpath before this commit. This was a red herring, suggested by a buggy downstream project, revert the change.
